Pomme De Terre and HamTo say that Ron Weasely should not have been sitting in his dorm room and playing around with magic was to say that bogarts were sometimes frightening. To then add that he really ought not to have been playing around with magic and one of Hermione's muggle books, was to then add that while bogarts were sometimes frightening, werewolves were a bit short tempered over the full moon.

A sorcerer can sometimes be surprised. Even when he hedges his bets with an archdeaconry. This could explain how it came to be that Frollo was surprised to see a small girl in a blue dress standing in his ante chamber.
